As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for a specific part of the home, ensuring the highest level of care. You will also run the entire home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy. Whether reporting mobility issues, requesting samples for monitoring, or administering medication, you will always prioritize resident dignity and well-being.

About You
You will have proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults. Your positive energy, ability to connect with people, and sense of accountability are essential. You will communicate considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. Attendance at safeguarding training and the ability to seek advice and escalate concerns are required.
