Your learning will happen directly on the shop floor rather than in an office setting. This is where you'll build a deep understanding of our customer s , our product s , and what makes our operations world-class.You'll learn and master :Customer serviceProduct deliveries & replenishmentOmni-channel & checkout operationsO nboarding and training new startersP roduc t category managementMonths 5-6 Step into LeadershipAs a supervisor, you'll begin leading teams on the shop floor , influencing performance, and owning your first commercial responsibilities.
