Your mission: to grow the power of workers: Within our regional team, you will be on the front line to organize solidarity in the workplace: meet employees, create connections, recruit members, build power dynamics to defend the interests of the largest. You will have the opportunity to: Actively participate in ambitious union campaigns and collective dynamics on the ground: create networks in companies, support employees in their struggles. Support members in their policies and develop with great autonomy, while benefiting from real support. We are looking for someone who: Is deeply convinced of the importance of social justice, unionism, and collective movements. Has experience (professional or activist) in the world of work, can listen, adapt, convince, and build trust over time. Is capable of leading a project autonomously while enjoying working with a committed team. Is comfortable with digital tools (basic office software) and has a driving license. Has good knowledge of French (C2), and ideally other languages spoken by workers in the canton, such as X or Y.
