Job Description
The Role: 
- Will drive the delivery of strategic initiatives,
- Manage cross-functional projects, and
- Ensuring alignment across multiple functions, including risk, underwriting, exposure management, reserving and capital.
- The role plays a key part in emerging risk identification, driving strategic insights, and market engagement. This role supports the Director of Class Underwriting Performance & Solutions and the Director of Catastrophe Risk & Reinsurance Analytics.
- Manage the strategic direction and implantation of the Underwriting Solutions team.
- Experience of analysing and interpreting complex data & information
- Experience of multi-tasking with the ability to prioritise and organise
- Experience of senior level stakeholder management
- Lloyd's, London and International Market experience
