My client, a leading and innovative managing agency, is seeking an Underwriting Oversight Manager to support the onboarding of new syndicates. They are committed to delivering tailored solutions that ensure smooth integration and help new entrants establish themselves as strong performers in the market.

In this role, you'll monitor performance against business plans, review reports, and work with underwriting teams to address any deviations. You'll also take the lead on business planning processes, mid-year changes, and governance activities, ensuring accurate oversight and timely submissions to the market. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across multiple syndicates while working closely with senior stakeholders.

My client is seeking a professional with experience in the Lloyd's market, ideally with an underwriting background, and preferably with current or previous experience in an underwriting oversight role.
