Underwriting Operations Technician

I am working with a leading London Market insurer seeking an Underwriting Operations Technician to support the smooth and accurate delivery of underwriting operations. The role will work closely with Underwriters to maintain data quality, resolve PAS and processing issues, support audits and file reviews, and contribute to system and process improvements.

• 2+ years' experience in underwriting, underwriting operations or claims, preferably within the London market
• Strong attention to detail, data quality and problem-solving skills
• Experience with PAS and policy administration
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with Lloyd's market services, UAT, audits or system upgrades is desirable
• High standards of integrity, confidentiality and compliance
• Proactive and flexible approach to supporting wider team objectives
