Uncapped Commission Fitness Membership Advisor

Village Hotels - Swansea - Leisure is looking for a Membership Advisor to ensure a perfect match between potential members and our fitness facilities. This role involves conducting tours, understanding individual needs, and highlighting how our offerings meet their fitness goals.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for leisure, excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive to achieve targets. The position includes uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of an additional £4,800 annually.
