UKI Mid Market Regional VP: Growth Leader

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a high-energy Regional Vice President to lead the UKI Mid-Market sector, shaping strategy, acquiring new logos, and building a high-performance sales organization. You'll oversee 1st & 2nd line leadership, drive scalable sales motions, and report to the Area VP for UKIII.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, and Partner teams to deliver customer value, ensure quota attainment, and embody Elastic's culture of energy and continuous improvement.
