The Role
As UK Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding sales across the UK, focusing on premium clinics and medical professionals. You will manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation and qualification to high-level negotiation and closing - while ensuring you consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business and expand existing client accounts within the aesthetic medical market
• Identify and convert high-potential clinics and medical practices
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
• Drive a small team to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
• Provide market insight and contribute to commercial strategy

Requirements:

• Proven experience in aesthetic device sales
• Strong network within the aesthetic or medical aesthetics industry
• Skilled in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing high-value deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven with field-based sales experience
• Willingness to travel across the UK
