Job Description
W&P Partners Legal Recruitment is partnering with a leading international SaaS business to appoint a Commercial Counsel to join its global Legal team in the UK. You will own UK and US commercial matters, lead strategic negotiations and advise senior stakeholders across a fast-paced technology environment.
The role requires a solicitor admitted in England and Wales (or eligible), at least five years of relevant experience, and in-house SaaS experience.
