UK Payroll Lead & Compliance Manager

Clark Wood in Chippenham seeks an experienced Payroll Manager to lead and develop a diverse client payroll portfolio. You will own end-to-end payroll delivery, guide a small team and provide high-level payroll support to clients.

You'll have 3-5 years' senior payroll experience, strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, and ideally a CIPP qualification. IRIS experience is a plus, and you will liaise with HMRC and pension providers to ensure compliance.
