Job Description

Job and Talent is currently recruiting for an On Site Associate at our client's in Glasgow.

Previous experience in managing high volume recruitment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Identify suitable candidates for current and prospective (Industrial) clients
  • Conduct interviews and inductions
  • Clearly establish and understand the client's requirements, e.g. job description, hours of work, rates of pay
  • Assist in the smooth running of all administration duties, including the prompt delivery of time management & attendance methods to facilitate payroll of all flexi workers
  • Ensure that all clients and workers comply with health and safety legislation and promptly refer any concerns to the branch manager
  • Conform to all statutory employment and contractual legislation
  • Ensure that all records of workers and customer requirements are current and up to date
  • Ensure all administrative requirements are satisfied so that candidates are paid correctly and promptly, and customers are invoiced promptly and correctly
  • Attend promotional events, outside of normal working hours if necessary
  • Ensure all applicants have provided acceptable details of their legal right to work in the U.K. and assist or offer advice of requirement
  • Maintain quality and ISO procedures in line with standard operating procedures to ensure effective, positive quality audit results
  • Carry out any additional duties that may be reasonably expected to perform

£26,000 - £27,000 a year
