UK M&A Associate - Cross-Border Deals at a Leading Firm

The role involves advising on complex cross-border public and private M&A transactions for a diverse client base, including UK-listed companies and multinational organisations across technology, finance, pharma and more. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team, working on high-profile deals from inception to completion.
