UK Legal Counsel - Equities & Commercial (Flexible Hours)

Berenberg Green Energy Debt is seeking a Legal Counsel in London to provide comprehensive legal support across UK general commercial law and regulatory matters. This role includes drafting and negotiating a variety of legal documentation, while also supporting internal stakeholders.
