A city-based investment management firm is looking for a Client Manager to join their Institutional Client Relations Team. This role will involve managing strategic client relationships and supervising team members.

You will be responsible for the following:

1. Lead on a number of complex client relationships
2. Deliver an outstanding client management experience
3. Attend client meetings to ensure a high client retention rate
4. Assist in overseeing junior members of the team, providing support with their training
5. Review and sign off reports, ensuring client requirements are met
6. Ensure various projects are controlled using effective communication and coordination

The successful candidate will have:

1. Direct institutional client relationship experience
2. A solid understanding of fund management
3. Previous supervisory experience
4. A hardworking and proactive attitude, with exceptional communication skills
