UK HR Strategy & Talent Partner

Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd in London is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead and shape the UK HR function, influence organisational culture, and partner closely with the UK Leadership Team, Head of HR Europe, and Global HR.

You will act as a trusted advisor to the UK leadership, drive recruitment end-to-end for the UK affiliate, ensure UK employment law compliance, support talent forecasting, succession planning, and localisation of global HR processes.
