UK HR Leader, Aviation & Global Partner

VSE Aviation is seeking an HR Manager for its UK operations to lead people strategies and compliance with UK employment law. You will work closely with the US HR team, managing employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR strategy, at least 7 years of experience, and a CIPD Level 5 qualification. This full-time role is based in Leigh on Sea and will require excellent communication skills to navigate a multinational environment.
