UK Head of Compliance & Risk (FCA Lead)

BJAK is seeking a Head of Compliance and Risk (UK) to lead regulatory strategy, risk governance, and compliance operations for the UK market entry and expansion alongside the CEO. This build role will establish frameworks, policies, and controls from scratch, serving as primary contact with the FCA.

You will design and enforce compliant, fair processes, embed consumer protection, and partner with product, legal, and operations to scale safely.
