VINAYAK PHARMA LTD is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused UK GPhC Registered Community Pharmacist to join our growing independent pharmacy team in Lampeter, Wales. Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care and clinical services in accordance with NHS Wales standards.
- Provide professional advice and support to patients regarding medicines, treatments, and healthcare needs.
- Lead and support pharmacy team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Ensure safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of prescriptions.
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations, professional standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Deliver NHS Wales services including Common Ailments Service, Smoking Cessation, Emergency Contraception, DMS, Flu Vaccinations, and other commissioned services.
- Build strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and local healthcare providers.
- Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and service development projects.
- Support public health campaigns and community outreach programmes.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve patient care and pharmacy services.
- Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Strong clinical knowledge and professional judgement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.
- Strong organisational and problem solving skills.
- Understanding of pharmacy governance, compliance, and patient safety requirements.
