UK Family Activities Leader: Strategy & Engagement

Virgin Active is recruiting a UK Family Activities Manager to lead strategy, performance, and development of the family proposition across the UK. You will drive participation, retention and revenue across swimming, junior activities, Club V, racquets and family events.

You will use data to identify opportunities, evolve the family offering, coach and develop teams, and ensure safeguarding and compliance across all programmes. Travel across the UK is required to support clubs and initiatives.
