UK Enterprise SDR Lead - Build & Scale High-Impact Pipeline

Airwallex is seeking a Manager, Sales Development Enterprise UK, to lead a high performing outbound SDR team in the UK. You will craft the outbound strategy, coach early-career talent, and partner with Marketing and Enterprise AEs to build a strong enterprise pipeline across Embedded Finance, Payments and Spend Management.

Based in London, you will own KPIs, enablement, and CRM tooling, driving metrics and continuous improvement in a fast-growing fintech environment.
