UK Compliance Leader - Payments & FinTech

Sterling Williams is seeking a Head of UK Compliance to lead the UK compliance function for a payments institution with EMI exposure. Based in City of London with three days in the office, you will shape governance, risk controls, and regulatory relationships at pace in a dynamic environment.

You will act as the primary contact with the FCA, oversee AML/KYC, data protection and financial crime prevention, and advise the board on regulatory developments and strategic risk appetite.
