UK Compliance & Risk Leader - FCA Strategy

BJAK, Southeast Asia's largest digital insurance platform, is expanding into the UK. We are hiring Head of Compliance and Risk (UK) to lead regulatory strategy, risk governance, and compliance operations for our UK market entry alongside the CEO.

This build role will create frameworks, policies, and controls from scratch rather than inheriting an existing function. You will build compliance capability, ensure FCA alignment, and partner with product, operations, legal, and commercial teams.
