UK&I ESG Strategy Leader - Net Zero & Social Value

Stryker is seeking a senior ESG leader to own the UK & Ireland ESG agenda and drive governance, reporting, and external engagement. The role requires coordinating with Legal, Sustainability and Global Reporting teams to ensure alignment with global frameworks.

The ideal candidate will steer the UK Modern Slavery Statement and the UK Carbon Reduction Plan, while representing Stryker with NHS customers and procurement bodies. A strategic, delivery-focused mindset is essential.
