The Role

As aUI-Focused Full Stack Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of building interfaces that make our autonomous agents feel intuitive and powerful. You'll take complex algorithms and data flows and turn them into seamless, polished experiences for our users.

What You'll Do

• Design and buildresponsive, accessible web applicationsusing React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Createintuitive interfacesthat make complex opportunity matching effortless and engaging
• Develop full-stack features connecting frontends toAWS RDS databases, ensuring smooth data flow and performance
• Build and maintainscalable web applicationsdeployed on Kubernetes infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers to translate complex algorithms into actionable user experiences
• Optimize application performance across devices and platforms

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 yearsof production experience building React applications with strongUI/UX sensibilities
• Proven expertise withNext.js(App Router/Pages Router, SSR/SSG, API routes) andTypeScript
• Full-stack capabilities: connecting frontend applications to databases and APIs
• Proficiency withSQL and AWS RDS(PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Experience with modern CSS approaches (Tailwind, CSS Modules, Styled Components)
• Knowledge of containerization and deployment practices, ideally withKubernetes
• Understanding ofresponsive design, web accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
