UI/UX Designer (M/F/X) - Germany

Salary: 50.000 - 70.000 € per year

• I have at least 3 years of design experience in a product team, delivering digital consumer-facing products (E-commerce, games, or ideally education/health).
• I have a personal interest in self-improvement.
• I have (partially or fully) designed a mobile application available on the Play or App Stores.
• I am located in Germany, preferably in Berlin. If outside Berlin, I can come to the office once a month (sponsored).
• I am proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• I have an excellent eye for visual design and details.
• I have conducted UX research or participated in a team running research on customers to develop or improve a digital product.
• I have studied design, business administration, neuroscience, psychology, or a similar field.
• I am a lifelong learner and regularly read books or listen to audiobooks on science, health, and productivity to continue developing myself.
• I am well-organized and have good project management skills, able to multi-task and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• I know how to analyze user flows, engagement, retention, and relevant data.
• I am a team player and love to help out my colleagues.
• I want to be part of a start-up that will impact people's lives.

• I will improve and maintain our mobile brain-training application to drive user growth, retention, and revenue.
• I will conceptualize, validate, and implement new product features.
• I will identify trends and market-specific needs to ensure we offer the highest value to our users.
• I will define and uphold our UI and visual standards.
• I will conduct deep analysis on user behavior, identify patterns, and provide solutions.
• I will conduct user testing and customer interviews to understand needs and derive new ideas for enhancing the product.
• I will adopt a growth mindset, constantly seeking learning opportunities for myself and the team.
• I will actively ensure the quality of my product.
• I will work closely with the Marketing, Business Intelligence, Customer Care, and CRM Departments.
• I will become the expert of my product.
