Job Description
As a UI/UX Designer at Gpeto Planning AI, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for our AI-driven applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design solutions that enhance user experience and streamline the planning application process.
Key Responsibilities- User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our users, including planning applicants and local authorities.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and user flows.
- Visual Design: Develop visually appealing and cohesive design elements that align with our brand identity.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Design Systems: Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to incorporate best practices into your work.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience with prototyping tools (InVision, Marvel, Axure).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to create user-friendly designs for complex processes.
- Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and innovative mindset.
