Languages Required: Fluent English and Dutch is highly desirable!

Contract: 6 - 12 month Contract + likely extensions.

Seniority: Medior / Senior (Minimum 2 years RPA experience; 5+ years for Senior)

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced UiPath Consultant to join a leading automation team supporting major clients, including government bodies and international organisations. You'll work hands-on with a range of intelligent automation technologies to deliver impactful RPA solutions.

This is a functional role that requires strong technical expertise-ideal for someone who has transitioned from a developer or engineer role into a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant position. You should have a solid understanding of the end-to-end RPA lifecycle, be able to engage confidently with technical teams, and thrive in cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as a Functional Consultant across the full RPA lifecycle - from process analysis through to solution design and implementation.
• Bridge the gap between business and technical teams, translating business requirements into robust RPA solutions.
• Collaborate closely with RPA Developers to support configuration, testing and deployment.
• Engage with clients (primarily Dutch-speaking) to understand processes, pain points, and automation goals.
• Support multiple RPA tools and platforms, acting as a knowledge resource for less experienced colleagues.
• Bring a consultative mindset to client conversations, suggesting best-fit automation solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Fluent Dutch is a strong preference!
• Certified in Relevant RPA Technologies is nice to have!
• Hands-on exposure to:

UiPath

However, my client will also consider expertise in either

Blue Prism or;

Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Automate)

• Exposure to Agentic AI is a plus
• Background in Business Analysis, Process Mapping, or Functional Consultancy
• Strong understanding of automation architecture and process assessment
• Ability to switch between tools and quickly grasp new technologies
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
• Available to start within 4-6 weeks is a strong preference
