Work setup: 4 days onsite/week
Rate: £492 per day all inc. (PAYE through Umbrella)

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy next-generation intelligent automation solutions across Client's business and technology landscape. This role will focus on combining traditional robotic process automation (RPA), AI agents, generative AI, and orchestration capabilities to deliver autonomous digital workers that enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in UiPath's automation platform, Agentic AI capabilities, AI-powered workflows, and enterprise integration patterns. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and data scientists to transform complex business processes into intelligent, scalable, and secure automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities-

• Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using UiPath Agent Builder, AI Centre, Autopilot, Document Understanding, Communications Mining, and orchestrated automation frameworks.
• Build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, decision-making, and task execution across complex business processes.
• Develop end-to-end intelligent automation solutions combining RPA, Generative AI, machine learning, APIs, and workflow orchestration.
• Partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities across operations, investments, client servicing, compliance, and technology functions.
• Design human-in-the-loop workflows where AI agents collaborate effectively with employees.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms, cloud services, and internal applications using APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Implement governance, monitoring, observability, and controls for production AI agents.
• Collaborate with architects and platform teams to establish automation and AI best practices.
• Contribute to automation strategy, standards, reusable frameworks, and accelerator development.
• Support deployment, performance optimisation, and scaling of enterprise automation solutions.

Required Skills & Experience-

UiPath & Automation

• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, AI Centre, Document Understanding, and Action Center.
• Experience developing enterprise-grade RPA solutions and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration, unattended automation, and attended automation.
• Experience implementing intelligent document processing and communications mining solutions.
• Expertise in exception handling, performance optimisation, and production support.

Agentic AI & Generative AI-

• Experience building AI-powered agents and autonomous workflows.
• Understanding of agentic architectures, planning, reasoning, memory, and multi-agent systems.
• Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise workflows.
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and agent orchestration patterns.
• Understanding of AI governance, model evaluation, risk, and responsible AI practices.

Preferred Qualifications-

• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
• UiPath Agentic Automation or AI Certification.
• AWS Certification.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, or enterprise AI platforms.
• Knowledge of process mining and task mining platforms.
• Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks.
