The Role

Uniphar Group is seeking a highly skilled UI Developer within our UI/UX development practice in the Group IT function. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing projects using Angular and Azure. The ideal candidate is innovative, passionate about user experience, and experienced in Angular and Azure cloud services to create scalable platforms.

As part of the Group IT team, you will collaborate with Product & Architecture teams, DevOps, and Agile teams to support front-end development aligned with business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop scalable front-end applications with Angular, ensuring high standards of performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product owners, and developers to refine user journeys and ensure design consistency.
• Design reusable, modular components for large-scale applications in a cloud-native environment.
• Integrate Angular applications with Azure-hosted APIs and services securely and efficiently.
• Improve user experience based on feedback and industry best practices, adhering to accessibility standards.
• Support UI/UX design strategies and promote innovation.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for streamlined deployments.
• Work with developers to adhere to best practices and foster team growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Participate in agile ceremonies, peer reviews, and planning sessions.
• Monitor application performance using Azure Monitor and Application Insights, addressing issues proactively.

Requirements

• Expertise in Angular (v19+), TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, SCSS.
• Experience with Azure services such as Azure App Services, DevOps Pipelines, Blob Storage, and security tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Strong collaboration skills and stakeholder management.
• Experience in agile environments and regulated industries preferred.
• Experience with REST APIs, asynchronous data, and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of Azure B2C, Azure Functions, or Graph API advantageous.
• Contributions to open-source or a strong GitHub portfolio are a plus.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years in front-end development with expertise in Angular and UI/UX design.
• Experience supporting technical strategy in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools like Cypress or Jasmine/Karma is beneficial.
• Experience in regulated environments managing complex projects is an advantage.
