Two-Store Leader: Inspire Teams & Grow Sales

ASDA Express at Pride Park is seeking a Dual Site Store Manager to oversee two stores with heart, pride and purpose. You will be the cultural role model, inspiring and coaching teams while ensuring excellent service across both locations.

You will own standards, safety and commercial performance, travel between sites (approximately 20 minutes), manage costs and KRAs, and develop talent while delivering a great customer experience in line with the Asda way.
