Turnover Engineer

Fohntech Group are currently looking for a Mechanical Turnover Engineer to join our team in Dublin.

As a Turnover Engineer you are required to help in the delivery of a zero defect / zero rework projects. You shall ensure that all works are executed in compliance with project specifications, GMP standards, and regulatory requirements. This role involves inspection, documentation, and coordination to maintain quality throughout the construction lifecycle.

You are required to help deliver your department goals in a forward looking and controlled manner.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Implement the Turnover Execution Plan aligned with project schedule and client strategy.
• Work closely with quality, engineering, construction teams and client representatives.
• Know boundaries of assigned systems.
• Manage test packs for assigned systems
• Participate in incremental system walkdowns.
• Execute W1 and W2 walkdowns with client.
• Attend W3 client walks as required.
• Attend daily system/test pack progress meeting. Know the status of assigned system.
• Manage punch closure per system on client's software for W1, W2 & W3 walks.
• Verify W1, W2 & W3 snags complete and close on client software.
• Ensure GDP Compliance on all documents
• Communicate turnover status and risks to Turnover Manager.

Essential Criteria for the Role:

• Familiarity with test packs and quality documentation.
• Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements for pharmaceutical facilities.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards for pharmaceutical piping.
• Experience in system turnover management on pharmaceutical or regulated projects.
