The Role

We're looking for a confident Turn Around Manager to provide hands on, peripatetic leadership across our Supported Living services in Leicester and surrounding areas.

You'll step into services at critical moments - covering vacancies, stabilising teams, and driving quality improvements - ensuring safe, consistent, and person centred care.

What You'll Do

• Provide interim leadership across multiple services
• Stabilise teams and maintain high quality care delivery
• Lead service improvements and ensure CQC readiness
• Support services through inspections and improvement plans

• Experience as a Registered Manager
• Strong leadership and service improvement track record
• Flexibility, resilience, and a passion for quality care
• Level 3 Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable)
