YOUR ROLE:

As a Trusts & Tax Fee Earner , you'll manage a varied caseload of complex probate and trust matters, including agricultural land, tax planning, and lifetime trusts. You'll be working closely with the Head of Trusts & Tax, handling high-value cases and delivering exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include:

Aœ"ï Managing complex probate and trust matters, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Aœ"ï Advising clients on estate planning, taxation of trusts and estates, and corporate trusteeships.
Aœ"ï Delivering outstanding client care while keeping cases progressing efficiently.
Aœ"ï Supporting business development, networking, and marketing initiatives.
Aœ"ï Using the firm's case management system diligently and accurately.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We're seeking a qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEx with extensive experience in wills, probate, trusts, and tax . CTA or ATT qualifications are desirable. You'll also have:
