Job Description
Position Details
  • Salary: PO2 (points 29 - 32) £42,771 - £45,750 if the post were full time. The actual salary will be in the range £35,368 to £37,831.
  • Hours: 32.5 hours per week, term time only plus two additional weeks to be worked in the school holidays. Monday - Friday 8:30am to 3:00pm.
  • Location: Alternative Learning Trust, Robin Hood Lane, Sutton, SM1 1SD.
  • Start Date: 1 September 2026.
Role Overview

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, adaptable and motivated individual to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO). The successful candidate will assist with health and safety and estates.

Responsibilities
  • Support the COO with health and safety duties and estates management.
  • Deliver a range of projects and services within the education sector.
  • Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Use a range of IT programmes effectively.
  • Communicate clearly with staff and external partners to build working relationships.
Qualifications
  • GCSE level education or equivalent.
  • Experience delivering projects/services in the education sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of a range of IT programmes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to form working relationships with variety of people.
