For our client, a renowned fiduciary in Geneva, we are offering a position of: Head of fiduciary accountants. Ideally to be filled before February 1st. DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION Leadership and team management Supervise and lead a team of accountants by promoting their professional development and technical skills through coaching (interns, junior accountants, senior accountants). Coordinate resources to optimize team performance and meet deadlines. Encourage a stimulating work environment focused on technique and quality. Ensure compliance of financials and other accounting deliverables with Swiss accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure a high level of technical quality, particularly through risk reviews and the implementation of quality controls. Autonomous management of a client portfolio. Be one of the technical references. Client management Maintain and develop relationships with our clients by being their main point of contact for all accounting questions. Understand the specific needs and issues of each client, propose personalized solutions and ensure quality and value-added support for clients. Contribute to and implement the growth of the Accounting Department team. Identify opportunities for internal processes and propose solutions involved in cross-functional projects of the fiduciary and promote them. Qualifications: Minimum X of chartered accountant and any expertise/diploma X: At least 5 years in a similar position within a fiduciary in Switzerland. Previous experience in team management. Technical skills: Excellent knowledge of accounting and tax standards. Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal management skills.
