Truck Service Advisor Customer Focus & Career Growth

Ford & Slater Norwich is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, managing service bookings and ensuring efficient workshop operations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service, with previous experience in the motor trade being a plus. We offer a salary of up to £27,000, 22 days paid holiday increasing with service, career progression opportunities, and other perks. Work hours include alternating shifts and 1 in 6 Saturday mornings.
