Job Description

Ford and Slater is seeking a Technical Service Advisor for the Birtley depot. The role involves managing service bookings, preparing estimates, and updating customers on costs and progress within a busy workshop.

Ideal candidates have experience in the commercial vehicle/motor trade, a passion for trucks, strong communication skills, and a full UK driving licence. 45 hours weekly, with 1 in 3 Saturdays, and opportunities for progression.
