Truck Service Advisor - Scheduling, Estimates & Customer Care

Ford & Slater is recruiting a Technical Service Advisor for our Birtley depot. The role involves managing service bookings, preparing estimates, and keeping customers informed on costs and progress. You will raise invoices and create job cards, supporting overall workshop efficiency.

The position is 45 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 9am-6:30pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. Applicants should have vehicle sector experience and a full UK driving licence.
