Location: Grimsby, DN41

Salary: £37,000 + company vehicle + uncapped commission - OTE £80K+

Full Time and Permanent - Monday to Friday 8.30am 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell a wide range of premium brand trucks to both new and existing business clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximise sales potential.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and facilitate test drives for potential customers.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry to successful vehicle handover.
  • Stay informed about product developments, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide diligent aftersales support.
  • Exhibit excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience selling heavy commercial vehicles/trucks with strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a fast paced environment.
  • HGV licence - an advantage but not essential.
  • Understanding of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation, and trade practices.
  • Full and clean driving licence.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
