Triple Shift Forklift Counterbalance Truck Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Triple Shift Forklift Counterbalance Truck Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company in Melksham. This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking and reliable individual looking for a full-time, temp-to-perm position with excellent benefits and career progression.

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Loading, unloading and moving stock around site.
• Supporting production and warehouse operations.
• Manual handling duties as required.
• Working as part of a busy, supportive team.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

This role is physically active, so applicants should be fit, motivated and comfortable with manual handling.

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks.
• A Counterbalance Forklift Licence is required
• Full training will be provided for the successful applicant.

Please note: This site operates a running break system, which may not suit everyone, particularly those who smoke.

• £14.35 per hour
• 40 hours per week
• Triple shift pattern
• Immediate start available
• Temp-to-perm opportunity

• Overtime paid at 1.33x after 40 hours worked per week.
