Teledyne CML Composites is a fast growing manufacturer of composite parts and assemblies with a strong presence in the aerospace and aero engine markets. The company operates facilities in Bromborough that house advanced machining technology such as multi axis NDT robots, automated cutting machines and CNC centres.

Job Purpose

You will work as part of a supportive team of 100+ onsite employees, driving production, meeting customer requirements, and contributing to business objectives. Full training is provided-no previous experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the manufacture of composite aerospace parts within the Trim Shop, working alongside experienced operators to develop your skills.
• Complete all jobs within specified time scales to progress through salary banding.
• Develop trim methodologies to enhance flexibility across all Trim Shop products.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and the condition of your work area and the wider shop area.
• Process composite aerospace components to specific drawing tolerances, adhering to national and international aerospace standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Desirable: manufacturing or factory experience.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Familiarity with measurement equipment such as micrometers and verniers.
