JustOT is recruiting an HCPC-registered, experienced Occupational Therapist to work with our well-respected client based in south London.

Position Details

1. Role: Triage Hub OT - screening/triaging referrals
2. Responsibilities: Conducting functional assessments, providing minor aids and adaptations, performing DFG assessments for major adaptations, supporting SCA staff
3. Hourly Rate: £38.00
4. Location: South London
5. Hours & Days: Full-time hours
6. Working Arrangements: Hybrid - 3-2 model
7. Essential Requirements: HCPC registration, 3 years of social services experience, car driver
