Treasurer - Charity Board (Volunteer)

Overview

We are seeking a new Trustee to take on the Treasurer position at The Exchange. The role has become available as the current Treasurer is about to complete their full two terms (6 years).

We are looking for candidates with professional financial experience and a strong interest in supporting a charitable organisation with proven local impact. Ideally you will be a resident of Erith, Bexley or live nearby and have links or lived experience of the area.

Responsibilities

• Assume the role of Treasurer within the Trustee board of The Exchange.
• Oversee financial governance, reporting, and budgeting to support the organisation's mission.
• Collaborate with other Trustees to provide sound financial stewardship and strategic input.
