Traveling Clinical Lead & Deputy General Manager

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) to travel across London, Surrey and Kent, leading teams in multiple care homes to deliver exceptional care. You will work with the General Manager to implement action plans, drive standards, and ensure resident needs are met through strong clinical leadership.

As an RN with NMC registration and a background in nursing home settings, you will oversee safeguarding investigations, clinical risk assessments, budgets,
