A family-run care provider in Greater London is looking for an experienced Peripatetic Home Manager. You will oversee multiple care homes, ensuring high-quality services and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include managing budgets, recruiting and training staff, and executing marketing strategies to enhance the homes' reputation. A proven track record in successfully managing CQC good rated Care homes and a Level 5 qualification are essential. Strong communication and leadership skills are also required.
