Traveling Assistant Store Manager - Lead Teams & Grow

Superdrug Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager Designate who will travel between stores in your area, supporting where you're needed most. This role is designed to help you grow with the goal of moving into a permanent store leadership position.

Day to day you'll work with the store manager to recruit, inspire and motivate a team, drive sales through promotions and merchandising, and ensure operational excellence including audits, budgets and stock management.
