Travel Trade & Group Sales Manager, Imperial War Museums

• Salary: £44,000 - £47,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The Travel Trade & Group Sales Manager will lead on developing and delivering the group and travel trade sales strategy across all five sites. The post holder will be responsible for growing IWM's travel trade, group visitor numbers, and revenue through productive relationships and partnerships.

They will also support operational aspects of working with these markets to ensure smooth booking processes and communications. In addition to working with digital and marketing teams, this position will work closely with the events and experiences team, who design sellable visitor products and the admissions team, who manage operational delivery, capacity and ticketing systems. Success will depend on close cross-team collaboration to maximise impact, revenue and visitor satisfaction.
