Job Description
Travel Trade Recruitment is seeking an experienced Retail Travel Manager in Essex to lead a small team of travel consultants and drive sales face-to-face or by phone. You will promote the business to new markets, arrange daily workloads, and monitor performance to keep the team motivated and productive.
The role offers a very competitive salary (£27,000-£28,000) plus bonuses and opportunities to participate in familiarization trips (FAM trips).
