Trauma-Informed Youth Support Worker Flexible Shifts

Paragon Social Care is seeking compassionate Children's Support Workers to help care for young people in local authority settings. You will provide trauma-informed care, build trusting relationships, and support education, life skills, and independence.

The role requires a driving licence, flexibility for nights and weekends, and a clear Enhanced DBS. A relevant NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Care is desirable, with safeguarding training provided.
